Diodotus I of Bactria (Seleucid satrap and king in Bactria, c. 255/50-239 BC)

Diodotus I (285-239 BC) was a Seleucid satrap of Bactria who rebelled after the death of Antiochus II. In c. 255 or 246 BC he proclaimed himself an independent king in Bactria.
